This is my third time (or second?) of trying to make bihun goreng, chinese style. The previous bihun had been very unsuccessful and the taste is not great. Usually the bihun will stick on the wok, which I think shouldn’t be happening. This time I tried something different, and with some ingredients. The following is the list of ingredients that I use.
- Bihun/Vermicelli
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of light soy source
- Garlic
- Carrot, cut into small pieces
- Mushroom, cut into small slices
First, heat up the oil. When the oil is ready, put in the garlic, carrot and mushroom. Fried till you think it is cooked. After that, put in soy sauce and the oyster sauce. Stir for 1 minute. Then, put in the bihun. After few minutes, it is ready to be served! But remember to boil the bihun first before cooking it!
