Slow Internet!

If you have been following the news lately, then you’ll know that there was a earthquake this week at Taiwan. This quake damaged some submarine cables of the APCN2 (Asia Pacific Cable Network 2). Because of the damage, the international link (mainly to US) is down or very congested.

Currently, the connection is still not that good, but it is still better than 2 days ago where I can’t access any of the website or connection to any IM network. Some of the members at Lowyat.Net posted a guide where using a proxy can temporary solve the problem. I think most of the proxy servers are now congested with many user and it is very slow.

I hope that the cables will be fixed ASAP!
